    2. A good way to describe land and climate of the middle colonies would be -mostly flat to gently rolling land, very fertile soil. Climate is seasonal with hot summers and cold winters- rainfall is 35-40 inches per year

Land in the middle colonies is in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The soil is very good for farming and much better then Englands soil so is better for crops and the climate is good for farming, climate is cold winters and hot, humid summers like around 60s and 70s.

  6. The Middle Colonies Climate was mild. They had rich soil,(known for being better than New England's soil) The land was very flat and wide, great for small farms, they were called the breadbasket for the plants they grew. They had good crops, not many harsh winters either.

  11. The New England colonies and middle colonies are different because the middle colonies have mild climate and rich or good farming soil, and the New England colonies have a fairly mild climate but have poor or bad soil and it's bad for farming when having a lot of land and mountains.
